Finished in a deep, soot-black coat with rich golden-brown fur trim, this Santa evokes the quiet, candlelight atmosphere of a 19th-century New England home.

Cast from a wonderful, rare antique German chocolate mold, the form features a shoulder bag with holiday greens and a traditional staff. The saturated, moody palette is intentionally aged to create a time-worn patina that pairs beautifully with redware, yellowware, and early stoneware.
